IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE LOVE LADY LLC AND SERAPHINA LOVE ARE SPIRITUAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN NATURE. THEY ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, MEDICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, PSYCHOLOGICAL, FINANCIAL, OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE OR TREATMENT. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES.

 

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and The Love Lady LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, operating under the professional pseudonym Seraphina Love and the brand name The Love Lady (collectively, "The Love Lady LLC," "we," "us," or "our").

 

By accessing our website, purchasing a service, enrolling in a course, joining a community membership, scheduling a session, or otherwise engaging with any offering of The Love Lady LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

 

These Terms apply to all services offered by The Love Lady LLC, including but not limited to: Love Frequency Channeling Sessions, numerology readings, intuitive guidance sessions, psychic development courses and training programs, online courses hosted on platforms such as Kajabi, membership communities, digital downloads, and any other spiritual, educational, or personal development offerings.

 

2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND SCOPE OF PRACTICE

2.1 What We Offer

The Love Lady LLC offers spiritual guidance, intuitive channeling, numerology, mediumship development, psychic development instruction, and personal growth content. Our services are offered in the tradition of spiritual teachers such as Marianne Williamson, Danielle LaPorte, Colette Baron-Reid, Jessica Lanyadoo, Esther Hicks, and other respected voices in the field of spiritual self-development. Like these teachers, our work is grounded in a philosophy of love, consciousness expansion, and personal empowerment.

 

Our services are offered from the perspective of intuitive guidance and spiritual exploration. They are experiential and subjective in nature, and individual experiences and outcomes will vary widely.

 

2.2 What We Are Not

THE LOVE LADY LLC AND SERAPHINA LOVE ARE NOT LICENSED PHYSICIANS, PSYCHIATRISTS, PSYCHOLOGISTS, THERAPISTS, SOCIAL WORKERS, COUNSELORS, ATTORNEYS, FINANCIAL ADVISORS, DIETITIANS, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF LICENSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER.

 

Nothing communicated or transmitted through any service, session, course, website content, video, podcast, social media post, email, or other medium offered by The Love Lady LLC or Seraphina Love constitutes or should be construed as:

•  Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any physical or mental health condition
•  Psychiatric or psychological therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
•  Legal advice or legal representation of any kind
•  Financial, investment, or accounting advice
•  Dietary, nutritional, or medical nutrition therapy
•  Crisis intervention or emergency mental health services
•  A substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional

 

This disclaimer is consistent with the industry standard among spiritual teachers and intuitive practitioners. This work constitutes spiritual guidance and is not a replacement for professional medical, mental health, or legal care. This approach is the recognized standard in the spiritual guidance profession: sessions and teachings are offered as complementary to, and not a substitute for, licensed professional services.

3. SPIRITUAL NATURE OF SERVICES AND ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER

The services provided by The Love Lady LLC are offered for spiritual exploration, personal growth, entertainment, and educational purposes. Channeling, intuitive readings, mediumship, and related services involve the subjective perceptions and interpretations of the practitioner and are not verifiable through empirical or scientific means.

 

Results, insights, or guidance provided during any session, course, or content offering cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge and agree that:

•  All spiritual guidance is provided for informational and exploratory purposes only
•  Any actions you take based on guidance received are entirely your own responsibility
•  The Love Lady LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any information or guidance provided
•  Outcomes, transformations, or results experienced are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual circumstances

 

This approach is consistent with the practices of leading spiritual teachers and intuitive practitioners, who routinely disclaim their content as spiritual and educational in nature, not as professional advice, and who encourage their audiences to take personal responsibility for all decisions made in their lives.

 

4. ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

 

You are not a suitable client for our services if you are currently experiencing active psychosis, a severe mental health crisis, or any condition that substantially impairs your ability to distinguish between spiritual guidance and professional mental health treatment. In such cases, we strongly encourage you to seek appropriate professional care before engaging with our services.

 

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND INFORMED CONSENT

By engaging with The Love Lady LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

•  You are engaging with spiritual and personal development services voluntarily and of your own free will
•  You have read and understood the nature and limitations of the services as described in these Terms
•  You take full personal responsibility for all decisions, actions, or changes you make in your life as a result of any guidance, insight, or content received through our services
•  You understand that spiritual guidance is not a substitute for professional advice in any domain, including health, law, finance, or mental health
•  You are responsible for verifying any information shared in sessions with appropriate licensed professionals before acting on it
•  You agree to complete any required intake forms, authorization agreements, or pre-session questionnaires truthfully and completely

 

6. SESSIONS: LOVE FREQUENCY CHANNELING SESSIONS AND OTHER OFFERINGS

6.1 Session Scheduling and Preparation

Sessions are scheduled in advance and require completion of a pre-session intake questionnaire and authorization form. Sessions are conducted via video conference unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

6.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any session. Cancellations made with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the session fee, at our discretion. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

 

6.3 Refund Policy for Sessions

All sales of individual sessions are final. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions under any circumstances. If a session is cancelled by The Love Lady LLC, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

 

6.4 Recording

Sessions may be recorded for the sole benefit of the client. Recording of any session by the client without prior written consent of The Love Lady LLC is prohibited. Any recordings made by The Love Lady LLC remain the intellectual property of The Love Lady LLC and will not be shared without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

 

6.5 Broadcast Sessions: YouTube and Podcast

From time to time, The Love Lady LLC offers clients the opportunity to participate in a Broadcast Session, in which the session is recorded and published on The Love Lady YouTube channel, podcast, and any other platforms where The Love Lady LLC distributes content. Broadcast Sessions are entirely voluntary and are conducted only with the client's prior written consent, documented through a separate Media and Content Release Agreement.

 

This practice is consistent with that of other public spiritual practitioners who conduct live or recorded client sessions for educational and inspirational audience benefit, such as astrologer and intuitive Jessica Lanyadoo, who regularly broadcasts client sessions on her widely distributed podcast "Ghost of a Podcast," with client consent and appropriate privacy accommodations.

 

If you agree to participate in a Broadcast Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

•  Your session will be recorded in full and may be edited for content, length, or clarity at the sole discretion of The Love Lady LLC
•  Your session may be published on YouTube, podcast platforms, social media, and any other channels where The Love Lady LLC distributes content, now or in the future
•  You may request to be identified by first name only, a pseudonym, or anonymously, and your preference will be honored
•  You grant The Love Lady LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the recording in any medium
•  You may withdraw consent prior to publication by notifying The Love Lady LLC in writing; once a session has been published, The Love Lady LLC will make reasonable efforts to remove it upon written request, but cannot guarantee removal from all third-party platforms
•  No additional compensation is provided for participation in a Broadcast Session
•  Participation or non-participation in a Broadcast Session does not affect the quality or content of your session in any way

 

You will never be asked to participate in a Broadcast Session without being presented with and signing a separate Media and Content Release Agreement in advance. Your consent to these Terms does not constitute consent to broadcast.

 

7. ONLINE COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

7.1 Access

Upon purchase of a course or digital product, you will receive access to the purchased materials as described on the sales page. Access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only and is non-transferable.

 

7.2 Refund Policy for Courses and Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our course and digital product offerings, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If a satisfaction guarantee is offered for a specific course, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly stated on the product sales page and will supersede this general policy for that specific product.

 

7.3 Community Memberships

Membership communities, including any subscription-based offerings, may be cancelled by you at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

 

8. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices for services, courses, and products are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged in writing. We use third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

 

If you are enrolled in a payment plan and fail to make a scheduled payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any services or course materials until payment is received.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content created by The Love Lady LLC and Seraphina Love, including but not limited to website content, course materials, session recordings, videos, podcasts, written materials, channeled transmissions, scripts, graphics, logos, the name "The Love Lady," the name "Seraphina Love," the ANGELS framework, the Love Frequency Channeling Session concept, and all other original content, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Love Lady LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

•  Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any content without prior written permission
•  Use any content for commercial purposes or for teaching without a separate licensing agreement
•  Share, resell, or distribute login credentials or course access to others
•  Record sessions or courses for redistribution in any form
•  Create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission

 

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Love Lady LLC treats all client information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or others.

 

Clients are likewise asked to respect the privacy of other community members and refrain from sharing or disclosing the personal information or session content of others encountered within any community, group program, or membership offering.

 

11. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA RELEASE

By providing a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant The Love Lady LLC the non-exclusive right to use your words (attributed by first name or anonymously, at your election) in marketing materials, website content, social media, and other promotional uses. A separate Media and Content Release Agreement governs the use of any photos, video recordings, or detailed case studies involving your participation.

 

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES, WEBSITE CONTENT, COURSES, AND ALL OTHER OFFERINGS OF THE LOVE LADY LLC ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LOVE LADY LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

 

We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific needs or expectations, that results will be achieved, that access to our website or course platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any spiritual guidance provided will prove accurate or applicable to your circumstances.

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE LOVE LADY LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

 

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services exceed the total amount you paid to The Love Lady LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

This limitation of liability reflects a reasonable allocation of risk and is a fundamental element of the basis of the agreement between you and The Love Lady LLC. Our services would not be provided without these limitations.

 

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Love Lady LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any information or content you provide to us.

 

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting The Love Lady LLC at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL]. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days.

 

15.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 

15.3 Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST THE LOVE LADY LLC.

 

16. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Your use of our services does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial advisor-client, or any other professional service relationship between you and The Love Lady LLC or Seraphina Love. No information shared in any session, course, or content offering creates any obligation on the part of The Love Lady LLC beyond the delivery of the agreed-upon service.

 

17. FORCE MAJEURE

The Love Lady LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or public health emergencies, government restrictions, internet outages, or other events beyond our control. In such circumstances, we will endeavor to reschedule or otherwise accommodate affected clients to the extent reasonably possible.

 

18. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

 

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements, intake forms, authorization agreements, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Love Lady LLC with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
