What Happens During A Session?
- We start with an on-screen greeting of each other then set up the zoom for recording. If you have opted to record a broadcast session, we’ll set your preferred public screen name or pseudonym, background and avatar (if you are broadcasting anonymously). We’ll connect our energy fields to each other. Then, I’ll open the love frequency channel.
- You ask questions and I share with you insights and information I receive from your field, higher self, angels, spirit guides, the universe, etc.
- This is not just a transmission of words, it is a transmission of energy, vibration, ideas and inspiration. So healing, remembrance, insights, epiphanies and activations of new abilities can take place.
- At the end of our time together, we will thank the love frequency, our higher selves and our guides and disconnect our energy fields as the closure of the session.
- After the session, you will receive an email with the audio recording, transcript of the session and any follow-up information that may help with integration.
- This is a general structure of the session. However, we will work-play together intuitively in the moment. Each session is unique to you as we co-create it with our energy and intentions.
How to prepare for your session...
- Join your session in a private, quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the session.
- Have some water handy
- You may want to have a journal or notepad and pen or pencil to write some notes. You'll receive the recording and transcript. It’s best to have electronic devices you are actively using for the session powered off during the session.
- Because we're dealing with energy, consider clearing your space physically and energetically prior to the start of the session. You can use your spoken intentions and smoke from palo santo, sage, incense and/or essential oils, tuning forks, bells, crystals, etc.)
- If you connect with calming power objects (crystals, etc.) that help you connect with Spirit, you are welomce to have thes near you during the session
- Because we're dealing with energy, please do your best to avoid alcohol, drugs, and all intoxicants and limit or avoid heavy, greasy, sugary, or ultra-processed meals a day before and during the session.
