The Love Lady
You were never meant to live someone else's story
You're made of stardust and built for freedom — here's how to feel it in your body, your focus, and your people.
Watch the full episode above — the short version is below.
I channel what I call the Great Mystery — guides, angels, ancestors, and above all, love. And their message keeps circling back to one word: freedom.
You are literally stardust — the unified field wearing a body for a while. A magical portal for that all-one love source energy. Which means freedom isn't something you earn later. It's what you already are, waiting for you to choose it.
One - Free the body
The body can feel like the one thing holding you back — but it's actually your instrument for freedom. It's what lets you see, feel, and sense the world, and tune into your intuition.
The things that seem like restrictions — moving your body, eating living foods, real fruits and vegetables — are how you let more life force flow through. Not a cage. A tuning.
Two - Aim your attention
You filter out most of what reaches you just to get through the day — which means you're always choosing what to notice. That choice is your freedom, and it's the whole heart of gratitude: pointing your senses toward what you love and gently pulling them back from the worry loop.
When I'm stuck in an anxiety loop, the fastest way out is a cold plunge. It's hard to ruminate when you're just trying to survive the cold — and the calm on the other side is real.
ThreeRemember: there are billions
You're free to choose your people, too. If the ones you've been pouring time and energy into feel cold or distant, you can turn toward someone else. And if it hasn't clicked with the hundreds or thousands you've met so far — you've barely scratched the surface. There are billions.
Feeling like an outsider is genuinely painful, and I won't spiritually gloss over that. But try holding it like a festival instead of a verdict.
The festival of humanity
Think of it like wandering an amusement park. Not every ride is for you, not every game is your game — and that's the fun of it, not a flaw in you. My husband loves the games and would never get on a ride; I love the rides and skip the games. We adore each other precisely because we point our attention at such different things.
So you don't have to play in everyone's sandbox. Bounce off the ones that aren't a fit and keep wandering, until you feel that sparkle — the warm little hum of oh, maybe this is one of my people.
Come find your people
The Love Lady community is one of those corners of the carnival — a warm, freedom-loving place to share the sparkle, celebrate the wins, and delight in each other's very different adventures. If that sounds like your kind of ride, come say hello.
May the adventure continue — in a wave of love for you today.
